Darby will be given credit for the 96 days he has already spent in Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail. He is not allowed to have any contact direct or indirect with his daughter. He also must pay his $10

Once Darby is released
he will serve three years parole. If he violates parole
he could return to prison for up to nine months on each violation - up to a maximum of 2.5 years
according to court documents.
