Becca Kufrin was dumped on live television in Monday’s episode of The Bachelor — and then named the next Bachelorette.
On “After the Final Rose,” Chris Harrison announced that Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s ex-fiance would be the showrunner on the hit spring series.
“I have some big shoes to fill,” Becca said. “I want to be the best damn Bachelorette I can be.”
Becca was given the first date on Arie’s season of The Bachelor. She made it all the way to the final two when Arie told both women he loved them. He dumped her and Bachelor showed an outpouring of love and support.
“You learn from everything and it just adds to my story,” Becca said.
Then her story continued on “After the Final Rose,” just like when Rachel Lindsay was announced as The Bachelorette. Fans are anxiously awaiting to see her other suitors during the season premiere.
